About Rosie

It all began im 1982. I took many cake classes and specialty classes. Since then, I have opened my own business, attended and participated in the International Cake Exploration Society and have made numerous wedding cakes. I am located a few miles north of Champaign. It is licensed and inspected. It features display cakes in a meeting room for consultations, where bridal couples can enjoy creating a wedding cake specifically for themselves, or to choose one from my albums.
